Victim Assistance Programs provides comprehensive services to victims of hate crime that include, but are not limited to:
- crisis intervention
- resource and referrals
- emergency assistance
- orientation to the criminal justice system/ case update
- Victim's of Crime Compensation assistance

OC Human Relations is committed to providing law enforcement training, hate crime presentations, and working collaboratively with other groups to create awareness about the impact of hate and to provide prevention and intervention trainings.

ADL fights hatred, extremism, and terrorism. Their three priorities are to: gather, analyze and disseminate intelligence on extremism and hate activity; enhance law enforcements ability to combat serious threats; and provide assistance, support and resources on security to the Jewish community.

OCHCVAP provides assistance to victims of hate crimes, and those who need to report hate crimes. They are an extension of the Orange County Hate Crime Network and work in partnership with law enforcement and community organizations to increase the reporting of hate crimes and help to victims of hate.
To report a hate crime:
