Ms. Stanley was indicted on insurance premium fraud in connection with a business called Orange Courier.  Insurance premium fraud is when an employer under-classifies employees in order to get a lower insurance premium rate. The loss premium is suspected to be more than $1 million.  The defendant is also charged with state income tax evasion and underpayment of employee taxes. This case involves more than 900 employees. This matter is pending.
