The defendants, a husband and wife real estate team, obtained personal information from clients and used it to obtain loans, purchase consumer goods, and transfer real estate.  Their businesses were named First Countrywide Realty and Fasttrak Funding located in Irvine.  Upon conviction, one defendant was sentenced to three years in state prison and the other to one year in jail.
