FACTS OF THE CASE: From 1984 to 1989, the defendant lived in the victim’s home as a surrogate father.  Quinones molested the victim from age three to eight.  The defendant orally copulated, digitally penetrated and/or had intercourse with the victim almost daily.  Neighbors had originally contacted the police because the victim was constantly displaying sexual behavior.   The victim suffered significant internal trauma.   

CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE/LAST SEEN: The defendant was out on bail and fled in the middle of trial.  Quinones was convicted in absentia after trial and was sentenced to 56 years in state prison.  The defendant’s last known address is in Anaheim.
